Pilates class at Danbury Local Schools

MARBLEHEAD — Danbury Local Schools will offer a Pilates class beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 13. (This is a time change from prior sessions.) Class will be in Room 21. Fee is $8 per class. Wear loose, comfortable clothes and bring a mat or blanket. Pilates is an exercise system focused on building strength without bulk, improving flexibility and agility, and helping to prevent injury.
