Pilates on the mat demonstrates clearly that our body can achieve fitness all on its own without equipment. Using your own body weight Pilates will help tone, strengthen and lengthen all while integrating the entire body. You will notice an increase in endurance, flexibility, and body awareness. Modifications offered based on fitness levels, all levels welcomed. Note: Please bring a mat to class.
