I remember someone telling me a story about taking a visitor from communist Russia (yeah it’s an old story) to his local supermarket. They only wanted a few items but by the time they’d bought the toothbrush and the cereal the Russian was a stressed-out wreck. The Russian was asked what was wrong, and the response was that there was just too much choice.
