Summer is right around the corner and the Iowa City Public Library has all the exercise DVDs you need to get fit, boost your energy level and become a stronger, healthier person. We have a number of aerobic, yoga, Pilates, dance, cardio and martial arts DVDs, as well as programs that require specialized equipment including balance balls, kettlebells, treadmills, cycles and steps.
