• Yoga — 5 to 6 p.m. every Monday. Yoga is a great way to reduce stress through proper breathing, stretching and relaxation. Yoga also complements other forms of exercise. Wear loose, comfortable clothes and bring a mat or blanket. Fee is $8 per class.
