My problem is that I don't put on weight: Simran Kaur MundiTimes of IndiaI swim and play basketball once a week and do Pilates daily. Pilates is the main reason that has helped me build up lean muscles without being too big. I stick to a healthy diet with three main balanced meals and small in-between meals everyday.
