I just did the Accelerated Pilates with Resistance Band Workout put out by Element – themind&bodyexperience. The insturctor Lisa Hubbard has a great style of teaching and has a very calm, soothing way about here. This is a total body workout in 30 minutes.

Business finds success with fitness

Xtreme Fitness opened just three months ago and already the business is flourishing. Since opening on June 1, the gym has more than 250 members. Our membership level is way more than we projected, Owner Thomas Hubbard said.
