PILATES CLASS: A new pilates class for men and women who want to improve their posture and core strength will start at The Kings Church Centre, in Whessoe Road, Darlington, on Monday, April 28, between 11.15am and 12.15pm. The class is for mixed abilities and costs £4 per person. Booking is not necessary. For more information call Mel on 07751067455.
