ORHA holding meeting Old River Homeowners Association will hold a meeting Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Le Café de Bon temps, 40261 U.S. Highway 190 Easst (Fremeaux) to elect a board of directors. Neighborhood events for the 2011 fiscal year will also be discussed. The restaurant will open at 6:30 p.m. Hors d’oeuvres and ice tea will be provided with a cash bar available.
