In this Dave vs Dave competition, Feldy and Ross join Redskins linebacker Lorenzo Alexander to work on their core and flexibility with pilates. Alexander says he is in the best shape of his life and pilates has helped him out with that. But as the Daves experience during their workout, pilates is definitely no picnic.
