Cards, candy and flowers are all nice gestures, but why not make a healthier Valentine’s Day promise to your sweetheart this year? Commit yourself to exercising as a couple. There’s no better way to be held accountable to work out than to make plans to exercise with a friend. Why not make that friend your significant other? That way, you can constantly remind each other of the promise.
